In the case of a replacement we accept to change the item with the same model or another model as long as it is in good condition and within a period of 4 weeks, or alternatively a credit note can be issued for the value of the product.
If the item is damaged or faulty we will need to be notified within 7 days of delivery or collection & will handle the situation accordingly regarding the nature or the claim.
Credit notes can also be issued as a form of compensation in this regard.
We withstand the right to refuse to replacement, even if the customer is stating that the item is brand new.
